After our beach clean up at Millenium Park, we hosted a potluck picnic and membership drive. Thank you to all our members who renewed and a big welcome to anyone who just joined us ! Tom rented the large pavilion so everyone could enjoy the food and fun under the shade. Beach access was only a few steps away from us.
We did encounter some challenges and did not host up to our usual standards. Our Officers and BOD sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. As always, we strive to make each succeeding event more enjoyable than the previous one.

Thanks to all the players, sponsors and especially Troy and Tess Hamilton for spearheading this event. This greatly benefits our back pack program. Also thanks to all the volunteers who made this event possible.
Recently Etienne Chan Grason was the latest Sanlahi member to distribute school supplies in the Philippines. On her birthday, she distributed quality portfolio/plastic folders to the ALS students in Colonia Elementary School. She was also able to donate a printer for the teachers.
